OptiCut

Description

● OptiCut is a panel and bar cutting optimization software used in most industrial sectors: Wood (interior design, kitchens, cladding), Metal (sheet metal, metal construction), Plastic, Glass, Composite Materials, etc.
● OptiCut is based on a powerful multi-mode, multi-format, and multi-material algorithm, developed by Boole & Partners, and continuously improved for over 30 years.
● OptiCut handles grain direction, perfect grain continuity between several parts, trim cuts, edging, pre-cuts, stocks and recoverable offcuts, panel turnaroud, strip grouping, etc.
● OptiCut edits cutting patterns, technical and financial recapitulatories, configurable labels (QR-Codes, Barcodes), and has a configurable export function to ERP software.
● OptiCut's Windows command line allows it to be launched automatically from other software, and to connect it to all interior design software, specifically PolyBoard.

OptiCut 6-50 — Version limited to 50 pieces cutting lists.
OptiCut 6-200 — Version limited to 200 pieces cutting lists.
OptiCut 6-500 — Version limited to 500 pieces cutting lists.
OptiCut 6-Pro — Version unlimited in capacity.
OptiCut 6-Pro-PP — Version unlimited in capacity, with a Post_Processor function compatible with CNC saws.
OptiCut 6-PP-Drillings — Version unlimited that imports and exports machining, and adds regular drillings.
